Hello! I haven't posted in a while. Just dropping in to see if there are any recent seminars or informational meetings about setting up non-profits and reviving non profits.

Hello,  I would like information about setting up a Non-Profit business and the benefits.

I have two questions, [1]Can a for profit business have a subsidiary or division that is non-profit or do they have to be separate from each other? [2] If  an individual wants to provide scholarships, or create a scholarship to give, do you form a non-profit entity do so?
